Deanna Cates has served Hamilton Wings in many capacities since 1999, managing the day-to-day coordination and implementation of programs.  Mrs. Cates holds a Bachelors in Music Education from Illinois State University and a Masters in Community Arts Management from the University of Illinois.  Mrs. Cates has served as a program director of all Hamilton Wings initiatives,…family liaison, school coordinator, music director, scholarship coordinator, artist contractor, development & funding coordinator, accompanist, accountant, even “food lady” – just to name a few of her historical hats and titles.  

 

Since 2016, she has managed the finances of Hamilton Wings and provides grant support to "give children the wings to soar".
